We collect the data you give us directly when you contact us, book a trip or fill in a form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp and information needed for the trip, such as health conditions relevant to physical activity. We may also collect basic browsing data, such as pages visited.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to reply to enquiries, arrange bookings, share information about the trip you booked and, when authorised, send news about upcoming departures. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
3. Sharing with partners
To make the trip happen, some data may be shared with partners directly involved in the operation: guesthouses, instructors, local operators and airlines, always limited to what the service requires. Your contact details are shared with the operator of the trip you choose, so they can assist you and process the booking.
4. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw previously given consent. Just get in touch at oi@exploretripz.com.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Even so, no system is immune to failure. In the event of a relevant incident, you will be informed.
6. Cookies
The site may use cookies and basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use the pages and improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
